We are always willing to meet with owners/developers in early stages of a project as well to review their contracts and ensure they have strong indemnity language. We can review insurance policies and additional insured endorsement certificates from subcontractors to make sure there is adequate coverage and protection. Great communication with our builder clients and meeting with them to discuss the project contributes to an early evaluation of liability.
Additionally, we work with the best and most experienced construction defect experts in providing a vigorous defense. Many of our forensic experts are licensed general contractors, civil engineers, structural engineers or geotechnical engineers who are still active in the building new residential projects .We provide strategic analysis of plaintiffs claims to determine the merit as well as identifying homeowner maintenance issues. We tender immediately to all parties involved with construction and seek a joint defense plan to obtain fast resolution through alternative dispute resolution if possible.
